Jamie Harper, CEO

Jamie leads Level Education Group, leveraging over 20 years of executive experience in various healthcare and technology-enabled businesses. He works closely with the company’s team to set the strategic vision of Level Education Group and its associated brands, and is responsible for day-to-day operations. Jamie focuses on delivering customer-focused value and implementing data-driven solutions, priding himself on superior customer experiences. Jamie takes a special interest in providing customers with relevant, high-quality content and in the implementation of initiatives to ensure seamless interactions with the company’s various products.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University at Northridge and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.


Dr. William Cook, Director of Continuing Education

Will is a seasoned healthcare professional, with over 25 years of experience, both as a practicing psychologist and as an educator. Will founded CE4Less.com to serve mental health professionals in 2004 after realizing he could not find a single provider that could satisfy his need for high-quality, relevant continuing education that was also affordable and easy-to-use for busy professionals like himself. Over the years, Will and his team expanded CE4Less.com’s offerings to provide the same quality, affordability, and convenience to nurses, creating NurseCE4Less.com. Through these brands, Will has partnered with hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals, helping them to further their careers through education.

In his current role as Director of Continuing Education, Will is responsible for overseeing course development and student support at CE4Less, NurseCE4Less, and CCM4Less. He is committed to creating courses and educational material that provide the most up-to-date information on the topics most important to healthcare professionals. Will graduated from Texas A&M with a Ph.D. in psychology.


Lys Hunt, MSW & LICSW, Mental Health Coordinator

With more than two decades of experience as a practicing social worker and over 14 years of experience developing continuing education for mental health professionals, Lys leads the CE4Less.com team.

Lys has been a licensed independent Social Worker for over 20 years. She earned her Master’s Degree from the Boston University School of Social Work and completed intensive post-graduate programs in family therapy and couples therapy through the Family Institute of Cambridge. Following these programs, she completed a post-graduate fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital in the department of child and adolescent psychiatry. Throughout her years of experience, Lys provided clinical services and supervision at both the Arbour-Choate Hospital in Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Her current clinical work specializes in the areas of mental health and child and family welfare. In addition to her role at Level Education Group, Lys provides therapy via telehealth and in-person sessions in an outpatient setting and provides consultation for service provision in varied settings; she leverages this ongoing clinical experience to continue to inform the content that CE4Less develops for its customers. She has been a consultant and planner of continuing education for social workers, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and counselors for over 14 years.


Susan DePasquale, MSN, APRN/PMHNP-BC, Nursing Coordinator

Susan leads the NurseCE4Less.com team. Leveraging her extensive background in healthcare and nursing, Susan is responsible for guiding all aspects of content development for NurseCE4Less.com.

Susan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Masters of Art in Political Science at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, as well as a Masters of Science in Nursing at Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington with a focus in neurogastroenterology and the Post-Masters of Science in Nursing at the Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana with a focus in psychiatry. Susan has worked with small and rural healthcare teams in British Columbia and the Northwest Territories, Canada, and in teaching and research hospitals such as Providence Health and Virginia Mason Medical Center Digestive and Liver Disease Departments in Seattle. She has almost a decade of experience writing and coordinating continuing education content for nurses at all professional levels.
